Neighborhoods and areas we serve in Lavon, TX
We repair sprinklers throughout Lavon and the surrounding Collin County area, including these well-known communities and subdivisions.
Elevon
Elevon is one of Lavon’s largest and most active master-planned communities, with new sections still being built out along with resort-style amenities. New construction here needs its irrigation systems properly zone-calibrated from the start, and with this much building happening at once, we spend a lot of time making sure sprinkler coverage matches each yard’s actual layout.
Trails of Lavon
Trails of Lavon is a newer community of production homes on standard suburban lots. Builder-installed systems in a neighborhood like this are functional but not always fine-tuned, so a season or two after move-in is usually when homeowners notice dry patches or overspray that a proper zone adjustment can fix.
LakePointe
LakePointe sits near Lake Lavon, and homes in this part of town often deal with sandy, uneven soil that shifts with the water table. That kind of ground movement can throw sprinkler heads out of alignment and stress underground fittings, so we check for both when working in this area.
Grand Heritage
Grand Heritage is one of the growing communities on Lavon’s south side, built out with larger lots than some of the newer, tighter subdivisions nearby. More yard to cover means more zones and longer pipe runs, and that added distance is exactly where a slow leak can go unnoticed until it shows up on the water bill.
